Service Description
Our Restorative officer consultations are administered via a diverse panel presentations: We organize and conduct panel presentations featuring a diverse group of public speakers with expertise in navigating the prison environment and treating incarcerated individuals with humanity. The panel presentations will be conducted on an ongoing basis as per the agreed-upon schedule. Each panel presentation will typically last for a duration of 2 hours, with adequate time allocated for discussions and interactions. 2. Topics Covered: The panel presentations will cover a range of topics related to engaging individuals in custody, ensuring safety, promoting rehabilitation, and supporting the reintegration process. Specifically, each panel will include presentations on two overarching topics: navigating the prison space, and recognizing humanity of incarcerated individuals. 3. Speaker Selection: We identify and engage knowledgeable and experienced speakers to participate in the panel presentations. Our speakers bring unique perspectives and insights to the discussions. In addition, our speakers have not only attained higher education, but also have experience with speech writing and presentation. 4. Logistics: We coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and technical requirements for each panel presentation, ensuring smooth and successful delivery of the sessions. 5. Participant Engagement: We facilitate interactive discussions and Q&A sessions during the panel presentations to encourage active engagement and learning among cadets. 6. Documentation: We provide relevant educational materials, resources, and handouts to cadets to supplement the information shared during the panel presentations. Documents will reflect the contents of topics covered (mentioned above). In addition, we film our speakers during panel presentations. 7. Evaluation: We collect feedback and evaluations from cadets following each panel presentation to assess the effectiveness and impact of the sessions.
